Lovely gift for a friend

I bought myself several rocks glasses a few months ago, and loved them. I decided to try the stemless wine glasses as a gift, they were a huge hit!

So dissapointed!

I was so excited to give 2 of these beautiful glasses to a friend who was moving away from Chicago, I thought they were the perfect gift and I was debated between a few chicago themed glasses, but I wanted something that was more upscale. These are hand painted and stunning, but when we opened the package ... half of the glass had the corporate branding on them. I was mortified. This reduced it to nothing but a cheap looking souvenier. I never write reviews, but a company who makes beautiful products does not need to ruin the product with a massive sales label on there. Honestly, I felt like I gave a cheap gift to a very important friend. I can't recommend this at all.

Laura, Thanks so much for your comments. We discussed via email how we could remedy this and we're glad that you were happy with the outcome. We really made an attempt to keep this logo small and the numbers on the side of the glass are actually the GPS coordinates of either the city center or a place of historical significance in that city (definitely not a phone number or any advertising!!!). Again, we are glad you ended up happy with our conversation and understanding of the custom markings on the glass!
