United StatesI got this glass as a gift for a friend from Toronto and one for Chicago for myself. The weigh and quality of the glass is fantastic and the etching is well done. The etching really pops if you have a scotch on the rocks or a whisky and soda or an old fashioned in it. I bought the Toronto and Chicago maps glass as an anniversary gift for my boyfriend (He's from Toronto and I'm from Chicago). There were some rough patches on one of the glass and as soon as I emailed customer support they replied in a timely manner. They sent me a new one and within a week I received the glass just in time for my trip to California. We are both happy with the product! And we plan to order more!
