United StatesMy daughter and her husband gave us this set a couple years ago for Christmas because we have a home in St John. They also gave us the Caribbean rock glasses that show Cuba, my husband’s birthplace. We were so thrilled with the personal touch and the quality of the glassware! We just ordered more to add to the set and will probably order a few more later to insure against breakage. SO UNIQUE!
I loved my etched wine glasses! Aside from that, customer service was well above average. I always got a quick response from Dave, who made me feel as if I was the only customer he was consulting. I would recommend a better shipment-tracking system so that other customers don't bother you like I did. :-) But each time I inquired, he responded immediately and made sure I got my packages on time (even if he had to expedite the process).
