General Inquiries/Feedback/Ideas:

Orders/Shipping: 

Non-Holiday: In-stock orders are typically processed one business day after being placed and typically ship the next business day after your order is processed.  Our shipping options are a flat rate $8 for orders under $75 (and free! for orders $75 and over) which is either USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground depending on your location and typically arrive within 4-5 days after your order ships (please note this is this time is counted from when it ships so an order placed at 3pm on Monday would ship on Wednesday and arrive to you 4-5 days after Wednesday). Expedited FedEx options are also available at checkout if you need your order pronto.  We do our best to ship faster, so you may be happily surprised with your order getting to you faster than our standard times!

Holiday: Please make sure to note the latest days we accept orders for shipments to arrive by specific holidays. If there are other specific dates you need your order by, send us an email to double check that we can deliver for you. We'll certainly do everything in our power!

International Shipping:We can ship worldwide! Please make sure to include your phone number as we need this information for customs. International orders ship via USPS and shipping time can vary significantly depending on where in the world you are! If there is a certain you need them by we can help as best we can. Unless otherwise noted all shipping cutoff dates and specials are for Domestic US addresses only.

Custom:Custom products and some specialty items have longer shipping lead times. In these cases we provide as much information as possible in the product details on our website. If you aren't quite sure about a certain product or have questions, please contact us before ordering and we will make sure you know all there is to know. 

If you need your order in advance of a special occasion, just let us know or include a note at checkout and we will do our absolute best to accommodate you.

Free Shipping!
Currently we are offering FREE shipping on all orders of $75 and over.  This is for orders shipping to locations within the US only, we hope to bring additional shipping deals for those in outlying US locations and international destinations as well, so stay tuned!

Backordered Items:
Some items may be on back order from time to time, these are noted on the product page under product description. If you place an order that contains a back ordered item your order will be shipped when all items are in stock. If you wish to receive in-stock items while waiting for back ordered items, please place a separate order. Please note that the shipping method you select will apply once the order is fully in stock.

Returns/Exchanges: 
We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products, and we hope they only exceed your expectations upon delivery. However, there may be slight color variations depending on your computer, tablet, or mobile device (or how much coffee you've had). And we've all gotten packages that look like they've been on a four-day bender in Vegas -- that's just the way it goes sometimes. 
  
If an item arrives damaged or has been grossly misrepresented, you can return it to us within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund of the product cost. To initiate a return, contact us with details of the issue and a photograph of the damaged or misrepresented item(s). Once we approve the return, we will send instructions that will ensure your return is processed correctly and an exchange or refund is issued promptly upon receipt of the returned item(s). Refunds or exchanges cannot be processed for items that are not returned, or for custom-made products.
