Title: Customer Service Representative


With a focus on a great experience for our customers we've worked hard to have amazing customer service.  
Our interactions with our customers are very friendly, personalized and we strive to maintain an upbeat and humorous tone in our communications.  Our speed in response is extremely important to make sure we get answers to our customers as quickly as we can.

As we are grow we are looking for customer service representatives, which will include work in the Customer Service area, but also in other admin support as needed. We are looking for someone that we have the potential to grow with as we grow each year.


What you’ll do:

  • Handling incoming messages from customers for things such as lost shipments, items damaged on arrival, custom product inquiries. We manage these through Helpscout and Gorgias as well as Etsy Conversations.
  • Work with our apps and other systems for inventory and fulfillment to handle reshipments, and other related tasks.
  • Social Media assistance (posting, responding to customers, etc.)
  • Provide creative feedback on products on based customer interactions.


Who you are:

A successful candidate will possess experience in customer service and communications.  You enjoy working in a fast moving cross functional entrepreneurial environment. 

Currently, we are seeking a part-time customer support agent for 4 hours per day Monday through Friday (20 hours per week) with the potential for increased time requirements during the holiday season, including weekend hours. 

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service (email/chat/phone)
  • Great communications experience both written and verbally.
  • Strong, creative design sense for premium products
  • Relevant degree/education required
  • Self-driven leader able to work in a fast moving, ever-changing cross-functional team environment
  • Proactive in nature and driven to act with a sense of urgency; able to work well under pressure and with demanding deadlines
  • A growth mind-set with a keen interest to help build the Well Told brand to a large national scale
  • Optimistic, energetic and naturally brings the fun to the office
