Where do your products come from?
We source our materials and manufacturing from US-based companies and small businesses whenever possible -- this is very important to us!
How are my orders shipped?
For domestic locations we have flat rate $8 shipping for orders under $75 and free shipping for orders of $75 or more. These ship either with FedEx Ground or USPS, whichever is more economical based on your location. We also offer expedited shipping options with FedEx.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We ship with USPS for all international destinations. Note that shipping times can be a bit unpredictable for international shipments depending on your country's customs standards.
When will my order be shipped?
In-stock orders are typically processed one business day after being placed and typically ship the next business day after your order is processed. For our regular ground shipping option, orders typically arrive within 3-5 days after your order ships. Expedited FedEx options are also available at checkout if you need your order pronto. We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, so you may be happily surprised with your order getting to you faster than our standard times!
Where's my order?!
We will send a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email 3 days or more after placing your order, your order may have not shipped yet due to a back-ordered item (which would be clear on the product page on our website when you added the item to your cart), the shipping email may be in your junk mail accidentally, or you may have entered your contact email with a typo. No fear, we are here to help! The first step is to visit our Order Status page where you will be able to track down details on your specific order. If that doesn't work, drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll look into things further for you.
How can I call you?
A great question! We are a small team and often are pulled in a number of different directions so we have found that email contact works best for us. That way, whoever is free at the moment can tackle any questions that may come up rather than making you wait to have someone call back if we aren't available right away. Rest assured! We will get back to you as soon as we possibly can to figure out any issues you may be having. So email away!
Can you tell me more about your glassware?
Our glassware is designed and made in the United States like the majority of our products. We use a variety of techniques to etch our glassware depending on the final design. All of our glassware is dishwasher safe and very sturdy for everyday use. The etched designs will last washing after washing without any fading of the design, so use them often! Please wash your glasses before first use as some dust may be present from the etching process and the journey the glasses have taken to get from our hands into yours.
Can you tell me more about your slates?
Each of our slate servers is a natural piece of rock with variations in color and texture, making each one a unique piece. Our slate is very strong, but it can break or chip if dropped or hit. To clean the slate, we recommend wiping with a sponge or soft cloth. The slate is not oven or microwave safe and please do not use it as a cutting board. All of our slate products hail from the great state of Vermont!
Can I add more to my order?
We've done it before too... placed and order and then realized.. oh no! I want more! Unfortunately, once you place your order we won't be able to add additional items to the existing order. This is because we limit what we can charge your credit card to what you approve in the checkout process in order to protect you and what you are choosing to spend. But fear not! Just drop us an email as soon as you can (we try to process orders as quickly as we can, so the sooner the better) and if your order hasn't made it through to our shipping department we'll be able to intercept it, cancel it, and let you reorder exactly what you want!
How can I send this as a gift?
We've got you covered! You can include a gift note for free when you are checking out. This is printed on your packing slip which will not include any price information at all. At the moment we aren't able to offer gift wrapping, but we are working hard to try to get it added in again though!
I don't see my city or state design -- how can I have them added?
We frequently receive requests to add new city and state designs to our glassware and slates, respectively, and are working hard to bring more to your table! To best keep track of what cities everyone wants, we set up a simple form you can fill out to send us your special requests. We can't promise that we'll get to them all, but we'll certainly try.
