Title: Front End Developer

Overview:

With a focus on a great experience for our customers we've worked hard to have an amazing user experience.  

As we are grow we are looking for improvements in our website UX to deliver the best experiences we can to our customers.  We are looking for someone that we have the potential to grow with as we grow each year.  

 What you’ll do:

• We are looking for part time support to maintain and improve our website template including the following items:
• Collection template modifications based on custom UX requirements
• Product page template modifications based on custom UX requirements
• CSS and Styling modifications
• Debug custom use of JavaScript and AWS assets
• Quality checking custom portions of website
• Assist in responsive mobile compatibility for existing custom portions of the site

Who you are:

A successful candidate will possess experience in front end web design specifically in the Shopify platform.  You enjoy working in a fast moving cross functional entrepreneurial environment. 

• Minimum of 8 years of Shopify theme development
• Proven expert in Shopify Plus platform
• Strong experience with JavaScript, AJAX, API integrations, HTML, HTML5, CSS
• Preferred to also have experience with AWS, WebGL, Mobile and Web App Development
• Great communications experience both written and verbally.
• Strong, creative design sense for premium products
• Relevant degree/education required
• Self-driven leader able to work in a fast moving, ever-changing cross-functional team environment
• Proactive in nature and driven to act with a sense of urgency; able to work well under pressure and with demanding deadlines
• A growth mind-set with a keen interest to help build the Well Told brand to a large national scale
• Optimistic, energetic and naturally brings the fun to the office
